We at the SFB student council are here to facilitate the academic journey and related experiences for students of SFB 1601 during their tenure of doctoral studies.
We organize student seminars to improve the presentation skills of students, arrange social events for them, and plan annual summer retreats. Alongside this, we also help with the coffee preparation and active participation from students during the SFB colloquium. The student council speaker is also presented in the SFB Executive Board meetings to express various interests and views from the perspective of students on the decisions being taken. We are available to all SFB Doctoral students to contact us in case of any concerns or queries about their work-life and other general aspects
