On April 2026, Dr. Tatiana Rodriguez gave a radio astronomy talk at a middle school in Argentina as part of Lecturers without Borders.
She talked about radio telescopes, what our galaxy is made of, and how we “listen” to the universe instead of seeing it.
“The questions from 12-year-olds are genuinely the best, pure curiosity. And many of them approached me afterwards to tell me they also like astronomy and how they want to go to college and pursuit their dreams. But moments like this remind me why the foundation matters: science communication, curiosity, and a shared amaze for the starry night go a long way!”
